How I wonder why you are? Sorry to spoil the lovely little nursery rhyme, but don’t you often wonder why we wrinkle so with time? Has it ever crossed your mind why you see fine lines beside your eyes, or laugh lines when you reach a certain age? Do wrinkles really have to do with age or what is going on in us?
So many questions, but how do we answer all of them? We will look at the suggestion that the environment, what we consume, and even our stress levels have a lot to do with the sagging of our skin.
Foremost, we are grateful for this covering we have that keeps things that should not be exposed, well covered. We must strive to understand it and protect it so it can serve us well.

It is said our skin comprises 1.6 trillion cells. The skin is our largest organ, seeing that it covers us from our heads to our toes. It is a protector, and a shield for our other organs. We also know that the skin id made up of three layers, epidermis, dermis, and subcutaneous fat level.
We can find the two proteins that give the skin its youthful and smooth look in the second layer of the skin, in the dermis. These two proteins are collagen and elastin. We will start with elastin, as the name suggests, elastic, the elasticity of the skin comes from this protein. The ability not to droop and fall, we get that from elastin. Collagen keeps the skin firm.
But what makes us lose the firmness and elasticity, some might say age has a lot to do with it but we find that the diminishing levels of elastin and collagen are the major causes of all the drooping saggy skin we see. How do we lose them? The environment is one thing? The harsh climate, sun beating down on you without proper skin protection. Winter drying out your skin, many things can be to the environment.
There is also what we ingest, and how that depletes our stored-up collagen and elasticity. Free radicals take the lead in this category. They deplete the stored-up elastin and collagen and cause our skin to lose both very important proteins needed for younger and healthier looking skin.
But never fear. There is always a way to fix the damage done to the skin using highly effective skincare and also drinks that refresh and rejuvenate the skin from the inside out.

We will start with the drink called Ningxia Red from Young Living. It is a superfood drink made from Wolfberry, Pomegranate, Cherry, Blueberry, just to name a few of the ingredients in this drink. All these fruits are full of antioxidants that help fight free radicals, that protect our cells from damage.
Forever Pomesteen drink is also another excellent drink that is packed full of antioxidant Vitamin C that protects the cells from free radical damage, it protects the cells from oxidative damage. Forever Pomesteen is made from Raspberry, Blueberry, Blackberry, and Grapeseed extract.
Forever Living Products also have their first skin exclusive beauty supplement, the Forever Infinite Firming Complex. It is better when elastin and collagen depletion is sorted out from the inside out. Forever Firming Complex has Vitamin C and Biotin to help keep the cells healthy and firm up the skin from within.

Rejuvenating your skin is better when it starts from the inside out. Take the time to rest, relax and not stress out about things. This also causes our bodies to react in ways that damage the skin. Be sure to look through our products to find what will help on this journey of rejuvenation. And remember, we are here to help you Live Life to The Full.
