Declutter, Declutter, Declutter…
We can all agree that there are some things that we need to get rid of so we can have the balance we need for full focus and get on with the business at hand. The aim is to get to a place of complete wellness and wholeness. There are so many things that can further aid us along this journey of decluttering.
Here are a few things that could help us on this journey, and we will be looking at some of them and their effects on us and our homes or offices.
We will begin with Essential oils because the task at hand might seem overwhelming, and sometimes, downright tricky. We might even feel some anxiety because of the emotions we attach to some of the things we desire to rid ourselves of; we will need a pick me up, something that infuses us with joy or makes us calm. Enter essential oils, and there are a few blends out there that help us on this decluttering journey. They can be diffused or used as cleaners. We recommend two drops of each essential oil in your diffuser or your carrier oil.

Peppermint and Lemon- good for concentration

Lavender and Stress Away- Calming you down, getting rid of anxiety.

Joy - This for calming and balancing your nervous system

Eucalyptus: Fight fatigue and help with concentration.

Thieves, Purification, and Tea Tree oils- These three can use with a diffuser, but more than anything, they are great for use as actual cleaners.

EN-R-GEE - a blend of Lemongrass, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Juniper and warm Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Balsam Fir, and Clove oils. These oils are great for calm and concentration.
One of the things we can do to declutter is cleaning up! Simple, right! Get your feather duster out, make sure to dust off, wipe down all those dusty and forgotten surfaces in your house; you’ll be amazed at how you feel when you’ve done this. Plus, it can double as exercise as well. Bonus!
Let’s start with one of our favorites, the Thieves’ range of household cleaning products from Young Living. They are household products derived from the unique, essential oil blend of Lemon, Clove, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary.
The Thieves all-purpose cleaner combats any mess you have at home. When diffused, it gets rid of unwanted odors in and around the house. You can put a few drops in your bin to help combat the smells.
Oh, and did we mention this is a toxin-free way to cleaning your home? Because it is plant-based, you don’t have to worry about nasty toxins found in the traditional chemical-based cleaners.

Finally, we also have an Aloe Vera based household cleaner.
We are introducing the Forever Living MPD. Like the Thieves, the Aloe Vera based cleaner is natural and not abrasive. Suitable for all the cleaning needs you have around the house.
